Complaints

Should you have a concern please contact your child's class teacher in the first instance.  They will strive to contact you within 2 school days.

You can speak to the teacher in person or send an email to the office using the contact us form who will forward to the class teacher. If you feel you wish to escalate your concern once you have spoken to the class teacher please contact the key stage leader, again using the contact us form.

If you do not feel you have had a satisfactory response we have a rigorous complaints procedure. Formal complaints will follow the Complaints Procedure.  Informal and formal and opportunities for feedback from parents are central to our self-evaluation work.

A complaint may be made in writing.

If in the unlikely event that your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction you are welcome to contact the Governors.
